Easter 2011

I love Easter. It doesn't hurt that we have great family to spend it with and so many fun traditions! Madalyn and Cole are at the perfect age to enjoy it and I know they will teach Luke a thing or two about hunting eggs. On April 17th we celebrated Easter @ my aunt and uncles. So much fun and always a great gathering...

Look how much fun we had coloring Easter Eggs.

The Easter Bunny was way to good to us again!

On Easter Sunday we celebrated with Me Ma, Aunt Jennie, Uncle Robert, Heidi & Brooke.

April 2011

April was filled with fun, swimming and Luke turning 6 Months. Here is a quick picture recap...

Luke at 6 months Such a joy!

Pierced and Tattooed...

Well not really tattooed...

One day Madalyn came home from school at St. John's and her friend Sarah had gotten her ears pierced. She was hooked. She wanted hers pierced and she wanted them now! I did some research and found out that to pierce ears it costs around $50 dollars. Jason and I felt that that was way to much to just do so we came up with a chart. Madalyn had several things she had to do to earn her earrings. It took her a little while but she earned it and she was so proud!!!

MARCHing Along... (2011)

We had tons of fun in March and I think I will fill this with many pictures of all the things we were able to do!

We headed out to Zube Park and got to see the trains. SO Cool and we totally want to go again. We even got to hang out with Heidi and Brooke!

We went camping with Gammy, Papa, Aunt Jennie, Uncle Robert, Heidi, & Brooke, Connie, Mike, Amanda, Harold, Emily, Kasey, Mckenna, Marci & Wes at Lake Whitney, Texas.

Luke also turned 5 months when we were there. My how time flies!

We also got to explore the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo with Heidi, Aunt Jennie, and Uncle Robert. I think Heidi's favorite part was the Ferris Wheel. Cole wasn't too sure about the rides. All in all it was an awesome time.

'Bear' Bottom

After Cole's nap today he was changing out of his pull up. He sat on Jason's lap. Jason said, "Cole I don't appreciate you sitting on my lap with a bare bottom". Cole looks at him & said, "I don't have a 'bear' bottom. I have a kid bottom".
